This 6″ angle-locking milling vise has a swivel base, hardened lead screw, high clamping power, 4 jaw positions, 0.02mm accuracy, and 2500 kgf clamping force. Designed so that the horizontal force generated by tightening the handle pushes the semi-sphere within the movable jaws and thrusts the jaw downwards. This vice has an extremely high clamping power and is very accurate and durable. The enclosed lead screw and sliding surfaces are hardened and ground.

4. This vice is so designed that the horizontal force generated by tightening the handle pushed the semi-sphere within the moveable jaw and thus thrusts the moveable jaw downwards. Therefore, the workpiece does not move up, even if it is held at the top of the jaw plates.
5. Four setting positions of the jaw plates are available, widening the jaw plates opening.
