The Gate - Eclipse range of CNC Lathes bridges the gap between conventional and full CNC.
They are ideal for one offs and small batch work, as well as production work. Our range of
user-friendly controls makes them easy to programme, and the new operator will be able to
programme complex parts after only one day's training
Gate - Eclipse CNC Lathes are modular in concept, so the customer can select the options
needed to build a machine to meet their specific requirements.
Starting with the basic machine, the customer chooses from a range of controls - Siemens,
Fanuc and Fagor to suit their meeds. Customers can then select the type of chuck - Choice of;
3-Jaw, 4Jaw, Hydraulic or Collet Chucks, followed by Toolholding options - Quick Change, Electric
4-way or choice of Turrets.
We even offer a C axis option with power Turret for Mill/Turn applications and Bar Feeding for more
serious production requirements.
